Colonial Centre, Sydney

Overview
Colonial Centre is centrally located in the financial core of the Sydney CBD with frontages to Martin Place, Elizabeth and Phillip Streets.

Colonial Centre is a 36 level prime office and retail building, comprising 33 levels of office space covering 36 919m2 and 3 levels of retail covering      2 177m2 and 127 car parks.

The building was built in 1985 and QIC Real Estate purchased a 50% interest in the building in 1990. Since that time the ground floor foyer, a number of office floors and the retail arcade have been refurbished.

Robina Town Centre
Robina Town Centre has recently completed the latest phase of its $400 million landmark expansion with the opening of a new two-level Myer, a speciality retail mall, additional parking facilities and road access improvements.  Robina Town Centre has been awarded Retail Property of the Year 2009 and 2010 by the Property Council of Australia.  It is home to a number of leading national and international brands including Saba, Carla Zampatti, Mimco and David Lawrence plus the Gold Coast’s only David Jones department store plus Queensland’s first Apple store and Australia’s largest Big W. 

The Promenade, Robina Town Centre, offers breathtaking views overlooking a private lake and features a selection of lakeside cafes and restaurants.  This stylish lakeside dining and entertainment precinct is also home to Event Cinemas with VMAX, Gold Class and 3D cinemas, AMF Bowling, Fenix Fitness, M9 Laser Skirmish and an outdoor children’s playground. 

Watergardens Town Centre
Following the recent $150 million extension that included Big W, a second Safeway supermarket and 100 new specialty retailers, construction is now complete on a new entertainment and leisure precinct, Station Street that leads from the Town Centre to the Watergardens Railway station. Eight new restaurants including Hog's Breath Cafe, Max Brenner Chocolate Bar and Grill'd provide the first street of restaurants to the region.
